Fire Cider

Fire Cider is kind of an ever changing product

I personally use certain herbs and other people prefer some different ones.

It is going to be up to you 

1 jalapeno or hot pepper of your choice

1 large ginger root

1 large horseradish root

several turmeric roots

Garlic

Onion

Chop all ingredients and pack into a jar. Cover with Apple Cider Vinegar.

Let steep for 3-4 weeks.

You can also add a sprig of Rosemary, Oregano, or Thyme. Just bruise the leaves before you put it into the jar.

After it has sat, you will strain the plant material out and store your fire cider for use. It can last quite along time sitting on the counter.

a good dose is about 4 oz even if you are not feeling sick. If you start to feel sick you can take that 2 times a day.
