Bleeding Heart

You can use fresh or dried Bleeding heart root.

Chop the root finely

Fill the jar half full

Cover with at least 80 proof Vodka (or an alcohol of your choice. I found no recommendations for the use of vinegar)

Cap tightly, store in a cool dark place for 6-8 weeks. Shaking every day or for those of you who know me as often as you think about it

Strain and Store 

Dosage 

10-20 drops if you used fresh root

15-30 drops if you used dried root
