Cat's Claw

Cat’s Claw is primarily found in South and Central America, you can buy the supplements online for use. Since it is not a native of The United States I will cover it briefly if you feel you might want to try it.

The NIH has no real recommendations for this herb, however they do have warnings(of Course)regarding its use.

It appears to be safe for short term use, however there can be side effects such as headache, dizziness, and vomiting. Cat’s Claw could over stimulate your immune system and activate any autoimmune diseases you may have into a flair up.

It reacts with medications that are designed for HIV, since they have not really studied Cat’s Claw much they are not sure which other medications it might affect.

Cat’s Claw has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-tumor properties that will help the body from developing cancer cells. It helps the body fight existing cancer cells by boosting white blood cell function. People in chemotherapy have reported that it seems to relieve pain and other symptoms related to the treatment.

Since we do not have access to this naturally, there are no recipes to make and no recommended dosages. I found powdered herbs and tincture for sale online so follow the directions for use.
